Cancellation policy

Project engagements

Either party may cancel an ongoing project engagement by giving written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced according to the signed proposal. Any advance held against undelivered work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less non-recoverable costs.

Retainers and subscriptions

Retainers and subscriptions can be cancelled from your account dashboard or by writing to business@yunitelabs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the current period unless the service is materially unavailable.

Notice period

Unless the agreement states otherwise, cancellation of a recurring engagement requires at least 7 days' notice before the next renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle.

Consequences of cancellation

On cancellation, we will hand over any completed deliverables and stop active work. Hosting, ad accounts and third-party licences managed on your behalf will be transferred or terminated as agreed in the statement of work.
