The content on this site is provided for information. Case studies, metrics and client names are published with permission; work covered by an NDA is not shown.

Engagements

Every engagement is governed by a signed proposal or statement of work that sets scope, timeline, commercials and acceptance criteria. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a fixed quotation.

Intellectual property

Brand marks, copy and design on this site belong to Yunitelabs or the respective client. Deliverables transfer to the client on full payment as described in the relevant statement of work.

Payments

Invoices are payable within the terms printed on the invoice. Applicable Indian GST is charged where required.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kota, Rajasthan.
