Refund policy

Scope

This refund policy covers all payments made to Yunitelabs - AI Growth and Integration Studio for services, retainers, one-time projects and digital products purchased through this website.

Service engagements

Refunds for project-based work are governed by the signed proposal or statement of work. Where the agreement does not specify a refund schedule, any advance paid is refundable on a pro-rata basis for work not yet performed, less non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred.

Subscription and retainer products

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account page; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refundable unless the service is materially unavailable for the period in question.

Refund requests

Write to us at business@yunitelabs.com with your invoice number and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We do not refund amounts paid for work already delivered and accepted, for domain registrations, hosting, ad spends, or third-party licences already provisioned in your name.
